Property brochure design — for estate agents, developers and new-build schemes: floorplans, CGIs and specification pages that help sell homes. See our dedicated property brochure service.
Catalogue design — multi-page product catalogues that stay clear and consistent however many lines you’re listing.
Leaflet & flyer design — need something shorter-form to sit alongside your brochure? We design those too.

Sales Brochure Design FAQ.
Answers to the most common sales brochure design questions we get asked
What types of brochure can you design?
All sorts. Most of our work is corporate and company brochures, sales and marketing brochures, and product brochures.
We also design property brochures for estate agents and developers, catalogues for larger product ranges, and leaflets and flyers for shorter-form print.
Not sure which suits? Tell us what it’s for and we’ll point you the right way.
How many pages should my brochure be?
However many it takes to tell your story, and no more. Most of ours land between 8 and 16 pages, but we’ve done everything from a simple 4-page folded piece to a 40-page catalogue. We charge per page, so you’re never paying for padding — we’ll help you land on a count that does the job.
Do you handle printing as well as design?
Yes. We can design the brochure and work directly with a printer to get the stock, finish and final result right.
Print makes a real difference to how a brochure feels in the hand, so it’s worth getting that bit right rather than sending a file off and hoping.
Can you write the content, or do I need to supply it?
Either works. If you’ve got the copy, send it over. If you’d rather not write it, we offer copywriting and can turn a rough brief into words that sell.
Sharp design with weak content won’t perform, so we’re happy to handle both.
Do you only work with businesses in Manchester?
Not at all. We’re Manchester-based but design brochures for businesses right across the UK — most of it happens over email and video call, so location is rarely an issue.
What makes a good brochure?
A clear purpose first — it should know whether it’s there to build trust, explain a product, or close a sale, and everything follows from that. Then a clean layout, content written for the reader, strong images, and print quality that feels the part.
How much does it cost to design a brochure?
There are a lot of different elements that go into creating a brochure, and they all make a difference to the process and therefore cost.
We charge £75 per hour for our design services, and depending upon the complexity of the design and how much content you supply us, we can potentially create one, or two, pages per hour.
If copywriting is required, or you need a selection of stock images, we can easily provide these at an additional cost.
See our more detailed breakdown of our brochure design costs and then contact us with the number of pages you think you require, along with an idea of what content will be going into the brochure and we’ll be sure to give you honest advice on how best to market your business in print.
Not sure what to include in your brochure? Check out our new post on ‘How to brief a Brochure Designer‘ for tips or download a free brochure brief template.
How long does the process take?
If you have all the content ready to go, we can get a small to medium-sized brochure built in as little as 2 weeks. However, most brochures take around 2-4 weeks when you allow time for sign-offs, delivery of content, etc.
Will I be able to edit the brochure myself?
All of our brochure designs are created in professional design software, so 9 times out of 10 that’ll be a no. We have a flat hourly rate for amends, so can update the design cost-effectively in the future when it’s time for a refresh.
Can I have a digital version of the brochure?
Absolutely.
Distributing your brochure via your website, or as part of an SEO campaign, is a great way to widen your audience as well as create an additional touch point for those who may receive the print copy.
In fact, you don’t have to print it all if you don’t want to, we’ve created several brochures that have solely been intended for digital distribution.
You can save on print costs and embed videos if that’s what you’d prefer?
The choice is entirely up to you.
Don’t just take our word for it.
